“i shopped at the Martinsville Kroger on monday july 18th around 9;00 am. there were no cashiers available thus forcing me to process my grocery order. this was a rather large order, over $140. there was not enough room on the conveyer which made it difficult. all the way around. the regular cashiers were performing other jobs and ignoring regular customers. at this time i am a very dissatisfied customer. management was not available to listen to my grievances. if i experience this again i will take my business elsewhere.”
