“Paul’s Garage is one of a kind. In a world FULL of scams, dishonesty, corporate greed and theft . . . these folks are top notch! My disabled mother is on a fixed income w/ a 2006 she has owned outright since day one & it is not easy to make a vehicle last that long, w/ so little, so successfully but these people have managed to make it happen for her.
They are always honest, up front about what can or cannot be done, how long it will take, and how much. They have serviced her car for the better part of a decade and whenever someone else outside of myself or one of their techs do the work, she ALWAYS has an issue. My Aunt, my Uncle, my friends, have ALL drove away better off than when they pulled into (or got dropped off in), Paul’s parking lot.
From the courteous greeting, to the easy check out process, they have great communication and if something unexpected arises, they are sure to discuss it before assuming and taking action that may not be within budget at the time. Most other places would just do the work and jack up the bill or break something else to ensure you come back, but not Paul’s! They want you to come back, of course . . . they achieve it through work that continues to speak for itself. So, if you ask me “would you recommend these folks?” My answer is a hearty two thumbs up, hands down! ?”

“Would have given more stars, but wasn't able. I had an alternator go bad on new 2023 truck and had been stopping every hour to recharge battery to get to Muncie, IN (from Texas). 15 minutes before closing i pull in to see if I could charge my battery 10 minutes and pray i make it from this store. I was having to drive at night without lights because that woukd drain battery faster. 3 gentlemen and a young woman were so very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to charge my battery passed closing to insure I make it. They even went so far to give me a used pair of jumper cables in case I did get stranded. Frustrated from my 2023 truck, but stopping at this location made everything less stressful. Im grateful for these employees and while im working in Muncie, this will be my store for any vehicle needs!! Thank you 3!!”

“The staff is generally friendly there’s a few workers who it seems like it’s more a hangout spot than a job. It’s hit or miss if the worker is knowledgeable a lot of the time they’re not helpful. If I need parts I generally try to stay away as it’s hard to find what I need in stock. I do trade in my vehicle or small engine batteries here and they do offer a military discount.”
