My wife interacted with the most unprofessional and rude employee trying to get her prescription filled. Tammy was the tech working on this and she was very unhelpful. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on customer service. We will be changing our pharmacy after this past experience as I’m sure others will be doing that deals with her.

There are 2 drive up lanes. One is for pick up and the other is for drop off.

To me this is the best cvs in all the country. You know why? Cus Daisy works there. She's the best employee cvs has ever had!!! She deserves a big raise for all the work she does. 👏

Christine in the pharmacy at this location is the absolute WORST HUMAN ever!! I signed up for prescription delivery. She said my insurance would not allow it, but insurance said they had no restrictions. I called back, tried to talk to her about it, she blew me off with 'nothing I can do'. Insurance called her, several times and she would not call them back! I then called back and she would not even look to see if she made a mistake when she entered the information!! She should not be working in a customer service position, because she lacks empathy, and common courtesy! Had she taken 5 seconds to look, or call the insurance back and it ended up not working it would have been fine, but the fact that she wouldn't even discuss it, is what made the situation what it was. No excuse!!

Convenient, quiet, orderly location. Found everything I needed and more on a Sunday afternoon. Old medication disposal unit in the pharmacy is great! Was able to safely dispose of a few old unused meds. Found what I came in to buy and browsed for clearance deals. I usually use self check-out but the register was staffed with no waiting. Cashier was nice and showed me that I had $15+ in coupons, woohoo!

Rude! I have had numerous experiences at this location. I had one experience where a girl told me to never have my dogs in the drive thru again. My vehicle… my rules.. don’t like it.. don’t work there. Many times I’ve had to wait all day for scripts to be filled. I’d have to call to remind them only for them to tell me “they are behind”. My husband picked me up some meds today because I’m sick and it was an elderly lady. She was extremely rude. If this continues I’ll drive further to use a different pharmacy. If u don’t want to work… don’t… try being nice to people as well

Absolutely the worst attitude by a pharmacy technician. Had an appt for the flu vaccine and went early. I was asked to come back by the pharmacist because they were trying to get opened up. I came back a few hours later, and the technician told me I would have to come back again because they were going to go to lunch. Although the pharmacist offered to give me my flu shot, the technician through a fit and said that is ridiculous.So I said I would come back and the technician started shaking her head like "That's right, you will," and i left telling her that her attitude was horrible.So i went to meijer to get my shot and change all my prescriptions to them.Never ever will I go back to CVS pharmacy in Mccordsville.
