Rude! I have had numerous experiences at this location. I had one experience where a girl told me to never have my dogs in the drive thru again. My vehicle… my rules.. don’t like it.. don’t work there. Many times I’ve had to wait all day for scripts to be filled. I’d have to call to remind them only for them to tell me “they are behind”. My husband picked me up some meds today because I’m sick and it was an elderly lady. She was extremely rude. If this continues I’ll drive further to use a different pharmacy. If u don’t want to work… don’t… try being nice to people as well

Absolutely the worst attitude by a pharmacy technician. Had an appt for the flu vaccine and went early. I was asked to come back by the pharmacist because they were trying to get opened up. I came back a few hours later, and the technician told me I would have to come back again because they were going to go to lunch. Although the pharmacist offered to give me my flu shot, the technician through a fit and said that is ridiculous.So I said I would come back and the technician started shaking her head like "That's right, you will," and i left telling her that her attitude was horrible.So i went to meijer to get my shot and change all my prescriptions to them.Never ever will I go back to CVS pharmacy in Mccordsville.

Used this pharmacy for the first time today, I take a narcotic for my ptsd and they shorted my prescription. I will be calling coorporate and reporting them.

Tried to get me to accept medication that had been opened. They also give generic medications when the doctor has clearly ordered name brand.

I came in to purchase a blood pressure monitor. When I went to check out, the lady in front of me was being assisted my the clerk at the self check out. I was in line to be rung out at the register as I don’t care for self checkout. When it was my turn the clerk told me to go to self check out when she remained a foot from me the entire time as she was ringing me out there. I told her I didn’t want self check out and she said it was easier for her. I will not be shopping here again and will cancel my cvs care subscription.

The staff at this mccordsville location are rude and unprofessional...they told me on 2 different occasions that my medication wasn't there and both times they were wrong and "found" them so I assume they aren't very organized either if they are misplacing medication... I was hung up on and the techs always have bad attitudes like u are an inconvenience and they act miserable to be there...I was so disappointed I will now be switching to a different pharmacy....

CVS: Horrible customer service! Do NOT listen too costumers about medical! RUDE and NOT KNOWING is understatement, for fact! Seemed as a bother they had too wait on any customer! Ready fill NOT getting taken care of as said it would be! Said one medication is out of stock and do NOT know when will be in, SHRUGGED OFF with a NONE caring attitude! One word YIKES!!!!!!!

On Christmas I had the flu and my wife went out to get me some food I could hold down. CVSlocked their doors before they were actually closed so people couldn’t come in. Supposed to be there to help the community. Not helpful

The pharmacy in this store is spiraling out of control. Our prescriptions are all on automatic refill. They have either messed up or failed to refill every script on time for the last 2+ months. Always ready with an excuse but customer service continues to worsen. Fired them today for a pharmacy that cares. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere.
