I planned my morning around getting my son‘s haircut. I arrived at 8:55 and waited until 9:05 and nobody showed up to open the store. The storefront sign says they open at 9 AM Monday through Friday, but nobody was there to open the door at 9 AM. I will not be returning.

I hate that this location is constantly switching stylists as I’ve had several great experiences with stylists I’ve only seen once and then never again.
Today, I had Stephani as my stylist and I really wish I had tipped her more. She was extremely sweet and considerate with me as I had no idea what type of hair style I get. I just get it cut and trust that the stylist puts the “correct” things in my notes and I hope for the best.
Stephani really took the time to make sure that I liked what I was getting and I regret only tipping her $5. I hate knowing that there’s a possibility that she won’t be here the next time I need a cut, since I really do like what she did, and this location is constantly changing stylists.
If you’re able to, keep Stephani at this location!!! :)

Brittany who is the manager at this location gave me a horrible haircut. I had long all one length hair down to the middle of my back. I went in with a picture of a slightly layered Bob with some longer fringe. I came out with a butchered chopped short short short shag. Nothing resembling a Bob. My hair wasn't even cut the same length on both sides. Worst haircut of my life and I'm 68 years old.

I have been in before and the service was great but today I went in to get my 3 year old a hair cut and it was the worst experience ever! We checked in online and went to the store and waited five minutes which was great but the woman who cut his hair shouldn't work there! I believe her name was Nikki from what the other lady working called her. She wasn't good with cutting my son's hair and actually grabbed his head in a head lock to cut his side burns. WTF? You don't grab a client like that at all!! I will never go back and will let everyone know not to go there!! His haircut was horrible too!! I'll have to get it fixed elsewhere.
