Cashier used my husband's information to reach out to him, about his account but using her personal cell phone number not the branch and cause conflicts on our relationship. if any bank needs to let you know something from you account they should be reaching out straight from the bank not from there personal number now I find out she is asking personal favors to my husband.this issue is not professional at all this bank needs to add rules to there employees cause they shouldn't be reaching customers from there personal number and they should keep there life private.Update:I find out she is not cashier any more Raquel is Manager rigth now, incredible wondering if my husband was the only one she reach out, I bet not.

My wife went to the window to deposit over $300. When she got her receipt back, the deposit showed on $25.00 . She would have had no records for the transaction to prove the deposit. She then sent the receipt back and noted to bank staff of the mistake. She told my wife that it was a computer problem. Our advice, make sure you check the paper work before you leave, The staff and the bank has a problem.

Most definitely the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. I have had nothing but problem after problem with them. From rude tellers to not being able to use the online/app, EVER. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Very friendly tellers. We moved, but still drive to this bank because you can't beat the customer service here.

Let me make it simple. Tellers are rude. They made a mistake but no apology blame customer and charge fee. I wanted to use community bank to help small business and town. But just changed to PNC. Much much better.

I went in there today to cash my check and I know we can't blame things on technology but the teller was very rude she was obviously a new girl didn't know what she was doing took her about 20 minutes to even get the computer started and then took another 15 for her to go in the back and do something and then she finally told me that she couldn't cash my check, I was very disappointed and I don't plan on going back
