Very rude employees. I walked in and was immediately discriminated against. I even seen the banker rolled her eyes at me when she seen I walked in. Another individual walked in that was the same race as the female banker , and was greeted with such respect. Before I could even get out what I was about to say, she assumed a few things. I didn’t not appreciate it!

They wouldn't exchange a $100 bill for smaller amounts without me having a account. Went to the next closest PNC and they did the exchange. This branch I won't ever be back to for anything.

Unfortunate that I was considering moving my business to this bank when I own the barbershop acrossed the street and the lady wouldn't make change for me for the day. Simple request to get 50 in 5's and 50 in 1's turning into me not wanting to bring my business. You never know who is sitting in your drive thru. Maybe next time approach it differently but I will not be bringing my money to this bank period.?

During our recent visit to a bank, the manager, Derrick Smith, exhibited discriminatory behavior towards us. He expressed hesitation in cashing a check provided by an PNC client and ultimately refused the transaction, despite confirming its validity with the bank's assistant line. Additionally, the bank representative, Wayne, declined to open an account on a Saturday. To further complicate matters, the bank endorsed the check and now claims it cannot reverse the transaction. Consequently, we possess an endorsed check that may not be honored by PNC, as per their corporate policy.

Wayne and Katie are the best ever! They listen to your needs, and genuinely care about the person they are helping. During such a horrid time of being a victim of fraud, I felt comforted and heard!

Called today to talk to someone about options for disputing a charge on my account, yesterday I was told I could call back and do it over the phone once it was not a pending charge. Today I was told I had no options but to come inside to the branch and dispute it in person and that's what "all the guys here are telling methat's your only option", I've never had to dispute a charge before, and the employees did not give any information about customer service being able to do it or the option to do it online myself. I did call a different location and they kindly informed me I could be transferred to customer service, or I could do it online if I didn't want to come into the branch. Staff needs trained so they are not telling people they only have ONE option and not being informative on alternative solutions.

Was looking for a bank close to home so I thought I'd try PNC. I called to set a time to come in and set up an account they said they prefered to do that by appointment. We get there as scheduled and 35 mins later we were still sitting there and the guy who was supposed to be taking care of us was already with somebody else but came out of his office to address another employee but never addressed us or even said I'll be with you in a few, sorry for the wait ..nothing! So we walked out an didn't get a phone call to reschedule or apologize and had my number to do so. PNC= Professionally Not Competent.

‘We will not refund your money’ with blinking eyes with light smile. I can’t forget branch manager’s face when I asked refund of unfair account service charge. I even felt racial discrimination.

They don’t know policies well. After a 20 minutes wait we were helped by the branch manager and now I have a letter in the mail saying the changes needed were not completed due to a lack of documents. Mind you the branch manager has these documents in hand during the time there. Love PNC. This branch needs so work though.
