“I had 2 flat tires on Highway 30 close to Bourbon and called them. They were there in maybe 15 minutes, loaded my vehicle and took it and me to their business and then went and picked up new tires for me and installed them. They were very timely, professional and easy to talk to. I felt very safe and was amazed at how quickly they took care of things. “I've been using Mentone SElf Storage for a couple years now, I love that I can just call them and pay my bill on the phone as I am a traveler and having that option available is a life saver on the road. Sometimes I cannot access the internet to pay online. I've never had any issues w the employees, Nicole has been very helpful and understanding in my experience. I'd recommend them! I would say don't try and get a unit on Sunday! Always go during regular business hours! Only downside is the bathrooms aren't always available, which can be a problem, but luckily there's places just around the corner! Thanks again Mentone SElf Storage!”
