Went to Akira same day as a concert last Friday to find a last minute outfit and the manager was so helpful and so kind!I almost didn’t buy these shorts because they were kind of small on me but they were the last ones and they were EXACTLY the vibe I was looking for. I didn’t catch his name, but I wanted him to know that I did wear the shorts and I loved them!The employers were all great to me there and you can definitely tell they really love what they do. Thank you all so much!

I went in to get my daughter an outfit for her homecoming and was so pleased with my experience because of Paris. He was amazing, helpful and he also put my babies purse away when she left it behind. I would go back and tell others to check it out because of his assistance and the clothes were nice.

Return policy is garbage. No flexible holiday return period is in place and they will not make any exceptions. Customer service is horrible. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware.

I will start off by saying this location is very unorganized, unprofessional, and the management do not acknowledge customers. The managers sit around, and just stare at customers as they shop. Making it very uncomfortable. They shove clothing down your face when your in the fitting room, even when you go in to just buy 1 pair of clothing. If you dont buy what they show you, they give you major attitude. Doesn’t take a istein, to know that this location lacks multiple issues. I believe the managers are Jade, Montanna, and Jazz. They lack customer service, and do not know how to run a smooth store, its sad when a customer can see the issues the store has. I do not recommend coming to this location, cause it will make you sick by the service provided.

The store went down hill. The sales people don't say anything to you, they don't know their inventory or know what's flattering on different body types. Education is needs because if I'm paying a certain amount for a pair of jeans..... you need to know the difference between flare and bell bottoms

All I can say is JoJo is a PLATINUM saleslady. Her customer service is PHENOMENAL. SHE WAS DOING ALL SHE COULD TO PUT OUTFITS TOGETHER FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WITH SUCH A PLEASANT ATTITUDE. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the great job!!! Also, thanks to Montana for being amazing as well!!!!

Came on 4/2/22 and attempted to make a return. I didn’t have the physical receipt because of course I lost it but I did pay with my debit card. The manager on duty refused my return because she said I didn’t have proof of purchase! So showing you my bank statement with your location name/date/amount isn’t proof of purchase… very terrible customer service, maybe Akira should increase their wages to gain a better selection of employees. These people don’t know the basics of giving someone a great experience
