I took my truck in to Art Hill Ford a few weeks ago because the wheel bearings were making noise. They replaced them under my extended warranty. I had no problems with this service. But, they also mentioned that I had a leaking coolant hose which they could replace for around $500.00. I declined this service as I am capable of replacing a coolant hose. The problem was they would not tell me which hose so I made the choice to take it back to have the repair done. I received a phone call from my service advisor Christopher, later that afternoon stating that "all of my coolant hoses were leaking" and the replacement would be around $1100.00. I thought this strange as the initial diagnosis was a single hose. They also mentioned that my water pump ( which was replaced under warrany a year ago) was again leaking. I gave the ok to have that work done, under warranty, and asked for the truck back and declined the hoses. Took the truck to an independent shop that I've used before to diagnose the hose issue and was told that after a pressure test, there were no leaks. But there was a cover plate near the thermostat housing that had 2 bolts that were half out. I'm feeling like there was an attempt to get me to approve services that were not needed.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my vehicle in to have a tailgate light replaced. Upon getting my vehicle back I discovered my tailgate no longer closes with any of the automatic methods. The service advisor stated to me that “it’s highly unlikely” that services my tailgate would result in this technical issue. Very disappointed!!!!

I had been in the market for a Ford focus st. I looked at different focus st's for well over a year and just couldn't find one that hadn't been abused or not well taken care of. I saw a 2016 focus st on the car gurus app it was at Art Hill Ford. I called and scheduled a time to be there and test drive the car even though I lived two and a half hours away. Skip and Tony were the 2 people I dealt with over the phone and in person when I got there. Both were very nice knowledgeable and professional. They got me out the door with a car I had been looking for for a very long time and also got my payment right were I was wanting it. I would definitely recommend Art Hill Ford.

I brought my Mustang in for service and warranty items. I was told all warranty items were fixed…..upon review after picking up the vehicle the next day, none were completed. I was also told I would need to leave my vehicle there for 2 weeks if u wanted transmission issues diagnosed. I had to figure out a recall item wasn’t completed by seeing a note on the receipt that a part is on back order. I doubt the maintenance was even completed. Service tech was nice enough, but the work speaks for itself. I will NEVER go back. It’s a shame…I worked for Ford for 30 years and I can’t find a dealer in the area that is reputable. I will likely move on to another brand. Very disappointing.

Person who checked me in was courteous and professional. I was offered a delivery service for my vehicle when maintenance was completed which was very convenient. Much better experience than I had a couple years ago at this facility.

I had my Ford Fusion in for service at Art Hill Ford. Worst experience ever. The service writer Tiffany was awful. She was rude and did not know anything about my car. Her answer was always "I'm not a mechanic and neither are you". She kept referring to the technicians as "her boys". It was a big mess, not to mention they did not do a satisfactory repair. I wouldn't hire Tiffany to work at Burger King. She was absolutely the worst.

We recently purchased a Ford Bronco from Art Hill Ford and had a great experience! We first went to Webb Ford and service was terrible and couldn't even test drive the vehicle! We then went to Art Hill and met the manager Steve and Borce. They were fabulous and we ended up buying a Bronco a couple of weeks later. Thank you Borce for helping my son and I throughout this whole process!!Will definitely come back here and let friends know about the service at Art Hill!

Horrible experience, oil change completed, damaged driver side door panel, paint less dent removal and touch up paint repair completed Looks horrible, oil all over the exterior fenders and grill, oil all over steering wheel, dripped oil all over motor. And a week later I had to fill up washer fluid, definitely did not top off fluids as works oil change requires. Response, hard to get good help!!! Well they tell you to contact them for resolution and they do not answer email. Still horrible! Update 9/15, still have not responded to my email, that’s for public display that they appear to care or want to do the right thing. They claim to have cameras all over the property to scare people from filing a claim for damage. When your claim is legitimate and the damage was caused by the dealership, they simply say didn’t see anything on the footage. Without a doubt they damaged my vehicle. At this point I just want people to be forewarned.

I really enjoy driving my new truck. Surprisingly, it is super easy to drive and get used to. As many Escapes as there are being driven, I feel it still sticks out as a great vehicle..Customer service was super and Chris, our salesperson, we can tell, loves his job. Thank you...very happy.

I had a good experience here. They were honest with what was needed for the service of my truck. Also, it was done in a timely manner. I dealt with Chip and Tiffany. Both did their part in me having a good experience.
