Our sales representative, Misael, was by far the nicest guy I've ever dealt with at AT&T. He helped us choose our best options and walked us through the whole process. For the first time ever, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase or feel like I was bothering them with my questions. In summary, thanks to Misael, it was my best experience I've ever had there.
