Adam rocks!
10/10 for customer service. Took my work truck in for tires (fleet vehicle) and had to shuffle my appointment around then ended up showing up early for the rescheduled appointment and Adam got me rite in. Tires and wiper blades in just over an hour.
I will be back ... because of Adam.

My visit on Tuesday was good. Can never say enough good things about the staff and the quality of work. I recommend this Belle location very highly. If you want it done right. And have people stand behind their work. This is where you go.

This place is probably most unethical and unprofessional mechanic shop to go to.Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. The manager gives excuses like oh" our mechanics don't do this work all the time so we need more time" like wow seriously do you not understand people have a family and a job they need to get to when you are promised a scheduled appt and time to get car back and get a call and they leave a voicemail saying your car wont be ready until the next day then u call and they say they cant even give you a eta. If you dont do the work and want to give a excuse like that why not just say we cant do the work which they have said before. Excuse me but not my problem you gave me a estimate saying everything needed and then tell me you don't have the parts even after u have my car stripped and leave me stranded at work.

I ordered tires 2 days ago and on the day they were supposed to arrive I was told they would arrive 2 days late after a sale. I was told that if I wanted the price I was quoted I would have to pay for something that was supposed to be there today right now I'm debating on giving this place my business because this is a very bad first impression of your company

I had great service and I guess a fair price, even though everything is up like crazy. But only reason why it's getting a 1 star is because they reset my trip odometer, now this my seam like no big deal but it had every single mile tracked on that odometer from rolling off the lot with zero miles. It was beyond frustrating to see that they did that. Now I know this sounds crazy but I have been driving my extra car just so I don't remember what happen, at least until I'm not salty anyway about it anyway..... I will say it again beyond frustrating...

If I could give no starts I would. I do not recommend this place. I’ve purchased tires and had some work done on my vehicle. After initial work was performed I was told that I could not get a wheel alignment because I needed tired rods. I went else where to obtain a second opinion and was told you absolutely don’t need to purchase tire rods and we can preform a wheel alignment. The folks that work here are unethical and have absolutely no integrity.
