Love this BMO bank been here since it was Mercantile National bank that's a long time. I have several accounts here. Love the staff. They know you by name, heck I barely remember faces. Really nice friendly service. One stop shop bank.

I went to the bank at 4:10 today and it was closed. I understand with Covid people are sick but if you are closing branches early you need to let people know. It's a transaction I can't do through your app so now it has to wait. Very frustrating.

Had bad experience with this bank. They don't notify you about anything. The operating system is straight trash and you always have to go in to get something done.

Drove up to drive through and asked if I can do a wire transfer now. Ok. Inside I was told to wait for this one banker, mind you there are other three bankers too. After a couple of minutes I'm told the wait will be 30 minutes and nobody else can help. My time is valuable too and if you can't serve me promptly, a different bank will do. I've had enough with this branch, not the first incident that shows lack of good customer service. Closing accounts.Update: BMO, your cookie cutter response has no value and addresses nothing.

This bank customer service is absolutely terrible . They had a nerve to ask me why is my last name the only thing on the card as if i made the card myself then they asked were i got it from. Then they gone say there system down and told me to go to another bmo because they couldn't change my pin . Rude rude. RUDE i do not recommend .

I had came up here to put money in my brothers account and I went to the drive threw and one of the lady's was very rude. I was looking at the drive threw hours and the lady told me thy didnt open up until 9:30 and the hour sticker says 9:00am this bank has poor employees...VERY DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Had the worst customer service there. Tried to apply for a debit card and right away she told me I didn't have good credit. Since when do u need good credit to open up a debit card? From the beginning, manager said who's next and I stand up w my kids cuz I was next and she tells me nevermind the other lady will take me smh I sit down and she looks at me and says ok I can take u.. I just needed a debit card to deposit my checks and she right away denied me . I left the room in 5 min from being there.. smh discrimination at its finest

Banker bungled an account by neglecting to follow through with a promo code. I won't put his name, because he was nice. However, I am absolutely disgusted with the process it has taken to fix this. I'm not even sure it will get fixed.
