He was not at all helpful nor did he try being. Wanted to charge me 45.00 to help me get online when I had already pd 150.00. If the online ppl weren't so kind, I would have canceled before it began.

Unfortunately this business is not helpful to its customers at all as a Boost carrier. My request was to only show me where do you put in a Sim card that my 83 yr old father purchased by phone since he had a boost flip phone. It is an older model and the normal place was not there to put in the Sim card. He had purchased it by phone and it was mailed to his home. This Boost carrier was close to his home and the owner tried to state that the only way he could tell me was to purchase another account through him. I stated it is already paid for. I'm only requesting to tell me where is the place on phone to insert the card. He continued to refuse and state that he can only help me if I purchased a new account through him. This was definitely not a good experience as a customer. He was making an attempt to make me purchase another whole new account and buy another another Sim card. I thought this was very rude and unfortunate to upsell only to profit him as the store owner. I did not show my frustration or disappointment with his decision and thanked him for his time and left the store. I feel that when people open up these stores under the Boost brand that your job is to keep and assist a Boost customer. Not to run them away and encounter a bad customer experience. It is even more devastating that individuals who come into America and buy up essential establishments to only scam them and cheat them should close their doors and go back to their own country. We as Americans help one another as we did to help others when entering this country. Do not try to get over on us with your greedy principals to profit within our country. Treat us as we have treated you with open arms. I would never recommend this particular Boost store.

This is by far the WORST COMPANY EVER. We have been trying to transfer my mother-in-laws phone number online for over a month now. We call 4x and every time they say… we created a case and wait 3-4 days. We wanted a credit to her account for having to wait so long. The “supervisor” has no authority to DO ANYTHING! OMG…. What a WASTE OF TIME!!! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!
