Salesman are unresponsive. Was trying to purchase a vehicle and would not return emails or phone calls. Said they would check and get back to me. Was willing to put money down sight unseen. Can only imagine how the rest of the dealership is run.

Do not buy cars from Bosak. A few days ago I saw a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica blue for sale at the Bosak dealership. They recorded a video for me in Nokia quality, but I was still able to see a couple of hits on the sides with damage worth $2.5-3k (hood, bumper, fender, door). I offered them 2k less than the price. And $10k in cash! They agreed and asked for my documents to finance only 6k!. The next day I took time off from work, took 10k and drove 4.5 hours to see them. I arrive and they tell me they won’t sell me the car if I don’t take it to California within a week to do some tests. why do I find out this after I arrived ? but this turns out to be all little things. When I start looking at the car, I see that the whole car is after HAIL???, and the interior has been destroyed? by numerous transportations of some huge objects that have pressed through the plastic in the trunk and scratched the interior. The seats are torn , all the plastic needs to be replaced. You feel like you're in a trash can?. The manager said all he could offer was a $500 discount for finding the hail, and I should be grateful??♂️. This is my experience of buying a car at Bosak: 9 hours behind the wheel, 3 hard inquiries, deception of the manager, spoiled mood for weeks to come. Buying cars at Bosak is money out the window. If they don’t tell you truth when they sell, then after the sale they won’t even answer your SMS.

Bosak Merrillville is missing the details. After 2 days and $2100, my Cherokee has 2 messages. Low key fob battery and oil change reset needs done. Why weren't these messages addressed by Bosak? A car wash would have been a nice touch. Just average service......

My 7 AM appointment happened as planned. Advisor, Stephen, checked me in and chatted with me about my goals for the service call. He understood me and I understood him.He called when my car was ready, ahead of schedule. The billing was just as he said it would be. He went through what happened and why. Stephen explained everything that was done in terms I completely understood.I was delighted.

I ran into engine issues being from out of town. So essentially I was stranded. Kimberly the service advisor took care of me from beginning to end. She helped me get a shuttle ride to where I needed to stay and helped me return when the repairs were completed. The young driver was awesome too! Often we can hear the negative experiences, but I had the absolute best one. Thanks Bosak team, you have a happy customer and I would gladly come back in the future to even purchase as well.

Craig in the service department was really helpful and went beyond to take care of my car needs. The service involved the extended warranty and he even worked on the next day (his day off) to assist me. I also want to recognize Sam the mechanic for being extremely helpful in going over my car and informing me of the issues(he was also willing to come in the next on his day off to work on my car).The only issue would be that the manager automatically stated, I didn’t have any warranties, instead of coming out and speaking to me like a customer who has been with Bosak since 2014. I in fact had the extended warranty, but thank goodness for reps like Craig who followed thru instead of blowing me off!I’m glad Craig has been added to the team and I hope he sticks around.

Went in for a used vehicle after searching through so many resources. Before I parked, I was greeted by Abe and could not be more impressed or happy with my experience. I generally stay away from dealerships but my time here has me re-evaluating that trend. The purchase was pretty easy, the test drive was good. If you are looking for a vehicle and want a pleasant experience, stop into Bosak and have a chat with Abe. Even if you aren't purchasing a vehicle, it will be a pleasant experience. I will be checking here again when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Louis is the MVP!! My car was having major issues. Louis was the person who took over my car. He was so patient with me. ( I had a lot of questions) he made sure I understood every question that I had and the problems that was wrong with my car. . Not to mention he kept me in the loop of things( When the parts was order, when they arrived, when they started working on my car and when they were finished). You can tell he really loves what he does and to see his customer's smile. You’re the best LOUIS. If you want someone that is helpful and understanding go to him! I guarantee you, you won’t be disappointed! I will be back because of him! Thanks a lot LOUIS you don’t know how much you helped my family out.

I have a 2022 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that was having electrical issues. it also has an issue with the motor where it sounds like air is escaping and it has very poor acceleration. The car has 24,000 miles on it. I took it to Bosak to get it serviced as it is still under warranty. the kept it for 7 or so days the first time. I don't have another car so asked for a loaner and was told none were available. so I rented a car which was out of pocket. after 7 or so days they told me it was fixed. I picked up and both issues were still there. I brought it back a couple days later. They kept it for a few more days and I picked it up with the same issues. I was told there was nothing wrong with the motor and they had to order part that would arrive 5-7 days later. it's now 3 weeks later and I haven't heard from them. same issues as day 1. no offer to reimburse me for the rental car.

Saw a great deal online for a 2023 Ram 1500 Limited and was contacted immediately by Paige to set up an appointment. Drove down from Lake Co, IL where Michael assisted me. Everyone at Bosak was super friendly and Michael was great. Probably my best car buying experience.

In May 2023 I took my 2012 Ram, 74,000 miles, to Bosak service due to an engine light popping on. The representative called me and recommended I have my spark plugs replaced ($750), which I agreed to based on his advice. When I picked up my truck I was told that they couldn’t find any faults and nothing was wrong with the engine. Later in the month I traded the truck in at another Dodge dealer. Several weeks later my salesman informed that my 2012 Ram needed an engine and was sent to auction. I trusted Bosak but they tricked me into paying $750 on a broken engine?. Beware of this dealer.

I love Bosak Jeep. They have always handled my service needs with ease at an affordable price. I got my new key fob programmed and my tire fixed within an hour and a half. I like their service and I'm glad they do their best to get you in and out quickly so that you can have the rest of your day to do other things. I love the customer service and how friendly everyone is and since I've been a customer for a few years now, I'm glad that they recognize me because, it lets me know that they do actually pay attention to who their loyal customers are. If I had an issue,I would just say, the techs should be more careful to clean up the vehicle after they service it. I've had everything from oil changes to a full set of brakes done and they've done a good job every time. Thanks Bosak Jeep.

Went in for a routine oil change. Was informed that I needed to rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. Seems a bit frequent but I agreed after Louis told me that my tires on the right side were pretty uneven. I asked Louis if they could also check the tires for nails. They found 3 penetrations but they were not actively leaking so I opted to come back and have it done because he said the procedure to repair would take a few hours. He also mentioned that the cabin filter needed to be changed which was a $70 service. Yikes. Overall, the service was fine, but I was there almost 3 hours and spent over $200. That’s way too long for an oil change and tire rotation on a fairly new vehicle.
