1575 East 89th Place is the correct location, formerly Broadway Glass.FANTASTIC! Joe, the owner, Maggie, and Joe's sons make for the BEST Team! Customer service and professionalism CANNOT compare! They are TOP notch! I could not believe the total time for service. MY CAR WAS READY IN ONE HOUR!! I will return soon for tinted windows!

From the Chicago area and came all the way to Merrillville to get my windows tinted. Family owned business, great customer service, great detail work, and great prices. I felt so comfortable. Most definitely recommend this location to anyone. 10/10 stars for me. Found out that i went to the same district high school as the parents! He explained their whole family business struggle and accomplishments. Heart felt moment when a great business owner!

I’ve always gone to Broadway Glass, and when I found out the family kept the business going under the name Crossroads Glass, I knew that’s where I needed to send my father to get his windshield replaced. The estimate was $150 cheaper than safelite, and from technicians that have done amazing work for me in the past. Now located on 89th a mile south of 30, it’s still the only family I would trust with glass replacement at an honest price.

The Broadway family is now Crossroads glass and it's still in Merrillville Indiana about 10 minutes away. Excellent service and customer service, I would highly recommend!! Thank you all!

I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews but I went and he came out immediately and took my car in only an hour is all it was. I could see if they were busy waiting longer so that’s not something to hold against them but when I went they were super friendly and to the point haven’t had any issues with it yet.

HORRIBLE WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only are these people horribly rude, they do TERRIBLE work. I had to have another glass shop replace the terrible bubbling tint job they did on my car. The rear window was so poorly done I had to have the ENTIRE WINDOW REPLACED as the cheap tint and glue ruined the window and would not come off. All together I spend $600 repairing a terrible tint job. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place just passed on the business to the son of the previous owner and has changed their name. Placed an order for glass for my warehouse, it was delayed a week due to inclement weather up north, which I understood. Was told my glass would be in and installed on Monday the following week. It is now Tuesday night and still no delivery or installation. We are about to get a major snow storm and will now be 2 weeks behind on our project due to the glass not being delivered and installed. Worst part of it all is the salesman would not respond to my texts, calls, voicemail or messages left at the company. His name is Jeff and I am supremely disappointed with this family owned NWI business that I believed in. Now they won't even call me back. I have used them for years for lots of projects. Never again. Who out there want my glass business? They are costing me thousands of dollars because my project can't move forward without the glass being delivered. Do not use this company and do not trust that Jeff is actually here to take care of you. Worst business partnership and experience I have ever had.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!What a nightmare of a business. Made an appointment with Brian for a Saturday at 9 am, and when we got there, the business was closed. Nobody in sight, and Brian was not there. We are understanding people and gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was running late. Tried calling Brian THREE times, never answers. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later that we tried texting him to get any sort of response. He ended up responding (in a text, mind you) - and I can tell you after years of working in customer service, I have never been more appalled by a response from somebody in my life. He tried to seem apologetic at first, saying he was so sorry and asking which car it was. He didn’t say he was running late or wasn’t coming, we literally had to ask if we should be waiting for him or not. He responded and said he had an emergency, and asked if we could reschedule for the following week and take $20 off the bill. We appreciated the money off offer, but at this point, we had been waiting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, he still had not tried to call us back, only texting, and we had wasted our Saturday morning driving out and waiting. When we expressed frustration because of this, he then proceeded to mock us and make fun of us for trying to purchase, in his words, a “luxury service”.!!! He said “my father is in the hospital and I’m not concerned about someone who is trying to purchase a luxury service.” After this comment, he then said, “you can always go somewhere else, Karen.”This man called a paying customer, A KAREN.I have never been so disgusted by any employee of a business ever in my life as I was with this man. Completely unprofessional to not only not show up to a scheduled appointment, not answer the calls from the customer who is at the appointment, then call that customer a Karen because they expressed frustration with the situation, and make fun of their want for a “luxury service”. That luxury service PAYS YOU, PROVIDES JOBS, and allows Brian to be able to put gas in his car to be able to visit his sick relatives in the hospital!Do yourself a favor and do business literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Disgusting.

For over a year I have tried to get them to come out and fix several windows In a house we were rehabbing. I told them it needed to be done for inspection. They put me off and never called to set it up to finish other windows and screens they fixed two windows and a 3panel mirror. I ended up calling someone else. Very disturbing after doing business with this company for over 40 + years.

Showed up for a 9a appt that I scheduled with the tech guy, Brian, 2 weeks in advance. No one was here, he wouldn’t answer his phone, and responded via text 30 min later apologizing and wanting to reschedule. When expressing frustration and trying to reschedule, he was very unprofessional. I went to look at reviews after the interaction to see that he’s no showed several other customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I have screen shotted responses that I’m taking to management. Do not use Brian “tech guy”.
