Being generous with a 4rating that's mainly for the prices I've seen in the past on clothes. I visited this new location for the first time last sunday. Went in for 1 thing which was men's basketball shorts. Not much to choose from. Had to go in the big and tall section. Still wasn't much of a Choice. But did find some suitable. The store didnt seem overly crowded but the checkout line was ridiculous. 3 cashiers. The line moves somewhat at a steady pace but this turned out to be way longer of a visit than originally planned. I will go back but probably early on a weekday just to see what the have. The store did seem clean and organized. The cashier was friendly and everyone was masked up and social distancing. There is a little sitting area in case you want to wait for someone while they shop.

I drove over 20 miles to shop after calling and confirmed they were they open until 9pm. No stipulations were mentioned of that time changing. I arrive at the store to only be greeted by locked doors. The store was empty except for seeing a couple employees walking around. I called to speak with someone and they informed me that they are at max capacity. Max capacity is at 150. I told her I was at the front of the store and I didn't see anyone inside except for a couple of employees walking around? The person I spoke with replied that they are all in the linens department which is why I couldn't see the people in the store. So, you mean to tell me they had a150 people shopping in one department and only ten cars in the parking lot? I'm sorry but that doesn't add up? I strongly feel that who ever was on duty was taking advantage of the policy to close early. I also would suggest higher ups check into this. Because my shopping experience was nothing but a waste of time,gas,and effort. I may go to the Maxwell location in Chicago. Which is even more of a commute but at least I've never had any problems shopping there.

We've been here since 11:00 am..it is now 5:06 pm...waiting in line outside for 2 hours. It only too us half an hour to shop and have been in line inside 3 1/2 hours..and still have more than 25 buggies ahead of us. Poor planning.....haven't had food.

I visited Burlington today and I had the worst customer service experience ever. I was assisted by the nastiest cashier ever and her disposition was disgusting to say the least. No hello, Thank You or anything pleasant. You would think at a time where stores are closing daily customer service would be a priority. I asked a question and she responded with the nastiest reply. Thank you for confirming that shopping online is the best way to go. No need to be confronted by nasty, unpleasant staff in unclean stores. I never received eye contact, a smile, greeting or thank you, for me patronizing the establishment that pays her wages.

I had to leave this location the cashier just was too slow and only one .. highly disappointed with this location and selection.... Burlington.use to have better selection here .. I do shop at the highland location which is little brighter and cashiers in my opinion look like they wanted to work ..

Long wait. Cashier closed up even after the only cashier open needed a price check. Pretty ridiculous. Only opened to help one guest then closed back up. All you see is different cashiers walk back and forth. Also store is very messy tonight.

You people must have forgotten its Christmas season so just about every store you go in line will be long. Think about black Friday you all will be in the same long lines outside in the cold and dark waiting on a sale. Y'all are so ungrateful keep up the good work Burlington love your store and prices.

Had a mother-daughter day with my 2 teenage daughters shopping and decided to go to Burlington. My 15 year old was looking around and decided to count her money in her change purse to see how much money she had to spend and was approached by an employee and was accused of stealing. My daughter was very polite to this employee and even offered to show her she didn't take anything and was only counting her money but this employee insisted she stuck an item in her change purse and kept calling my daughter "bro" and gave her " a warning" after my daughter told me about the incident I approached this employee and asked her if everything was ok and she said she gave my daughter a warning because it looked like she was stealing.... I said a warning for what? She didn't do anything wrong at all. This employee said she didn't give a F about this job and asked me if I wanted to take it out side!! Never once did I raise my voice to this employee or threaten her in any way shape or form. I simply asked why she gave my daughter a warning when she done nothing at all wrong. I brought it to management attention on how we was treated but dont think they done anything about it. Custom service was horrible!! Will not go back.

Wow Burlington has gone way downhill. Or at least this location has... Not sure if new management took over or what. But it looks like a deserted tj Maxx now. So unorganized and all the clothes are mixed together. I couldn't find anything I was looking for. Stuff was scattered everywhere. The whole back half of the store was empty and closed off. It's a shame... Burlington used to be my favorite store, it's sad to see it go to waste. Wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business.
