The black older woman that is rude And unprofessional every time I come in there she is the worst customer service person I’ve ever come across to even other people saying this and I’ll talk to your manager about this and they still let her stay there and act the way she does. She is horrible. She act like CVS is her store. And I’m tired of her attitude, so I’m gonna take my business to Walmart because I cannot stand being disrespected anymore and I am a black woman, so I’m not being racist or nothing because I am a black I don’t being disrespected

I had to correct my previous review,as a past retail mgr,I called this cvs,and I did wait a long time,all I had was a question,does cvs prepare daily doses in individual packages. I'm calling for my friend who is elderly and blind. I finally reached a human. It was Gayle the mgr,I explained my situation and she went out of her busy day to ask the question! Thanks Gayle! Great customer service!! ?????Made my day!

Has the worse, slowest, trapped in (spooky unsafe feeling of entrapment in the dark next to a wooded area, no one wants to sit here for 30 minutes looking over their shoulder) drive through EVER. It should almost be obsolete!

I was discharged from the hospital dropped my prescriptions off at 3pm & and was told 2 hours which already seemed like a long wait. I am unable to drive due to being post op so I sent someone to pick up my prescriptions at 645 pm and they were not ready. I called the pharmacy was placed on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told my prescriptions were not ready, had not even been started and they would TRY TO HAVE THEM READY IN AN HOUR!!! Which means I have to send someone back to the pharmacy. This is my first time using CVS because of insurance changes and I am totally not SATISFIED with the service!!!!
