Whatever managers were working on December 2, 2025 around 12 noon are terrible to their employees. My cashier Cecilia was very pleasant. I mentioned to her the online prices were cheaper and when she asked 2 different managers they smugly said “I don’t know” and kept walking pass. They huddled up by customer service looking over at us obviously talking about her. Clearly something internal is going on and that’s none of my business but for me to witness an employee being dismissed like that on my behalf was very offensive. I addressed the managers and told them the exact thing Im writing in this review but it appeared to fall on deaf ears so here I am. This review is solely on the management team that worked this day and time. No employee anywhere should be treated this way

Service was absolutely awful. I went in there to purchase one small item. I asked 5 different employees when I could find said item. They all told me to go to the front and ask. When I did the two ladies at the front told me “we don’t know”. And left it at that.

Bree (sp?) helped me in the shoe department last night. I was at my wits end trying to find the right shoe for her game the next day and she sat down and helped my daughter with her shoe sizing . Very helpful 10/10 ! Thank you !

Cannot walk around without being followed. They make it so obvious and it’s very uncomfortable.
I understand they’re trying to watch out for shoplifters but go follow other people around. Every single time my family and I visit this place we are watched and it’s so freaking obvious!

This was my first time shopping at this location. I ordered a bicycle online and the frame was too small for my wife. So I called about the exchange and the young lady said I can bring it assembled without a problem. I arrived this morning at nine am and was immediately welcomed. The young man took care of me with finding the size bike we needed, assisted with installation of kickstand and bottle holder. I purchased the 3 year warranty and I will return for sporting needs. Thanks to the staff at this location.

Asked for help and an associate was able to direct me where needed (el kw pads for volleyball).I was also looking for a first aid kit (coaching) but store did not carry. Associate indicated to check a national pharmacy.
