Had to/got to rent a car through our insurance after a deer decided to get up close and personal with our personal vehicle. The loaner was nice and Enterprise and our insurance made it very simple to pick up our loaner. Staff was awesome. They were quick, friendly, and ready to answer any questions we had. Upon returning the car, different staff members were all very polite, quick, and helpful.

Great employees. Nice and courteous. Went out of there way to help me Last minute cancellation from another car rental put me in a bind . Enterprise came through and got me a car in the same day. All that for me and it was a major holiday.

I can't be more satisfied with the outstanding service received, and 1st time in this location. Nathan Brock, branch rental manager, was far and beyond to make the process so easy and fast that in less than 30 mins I got a car in excellent conditions and paperwork all done. Very kind. The rest of the team were very professional, helpful and quick to provide a service of excellence to all customers. I definitely have a different, really good experience.

The staff at the Merrillville Enterprise Rental location is so very friendly & helpful! The process was simple, fast & they made sure I received the employee discounts offered from my employer. The vehicle itself was clean & ready to go for me. I will definitely look to them first when I need another rental.
