I went to return a carpet, and unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude toward customers was unacceptable and unprofessional.
While I was on the phone, he abruptly walked away and told me, “Once you get off the phone, I will continue helping you,” in a very dismissive tone. This is not how customers should be treated.
If you value good customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and trying another one instead.

Never shipping again with this place. The first picture is how I sent the bike(which they made me buy a pre sized bike box for) and they have the nerve to charge me $375 without my knowledge for a shipping label on a bike without telling me beforehand how much the cost was going to be due to it all being online through QR codes and this is how they treat your important packages. This bicycle was very unique, rare and vintage and this is how they handled my product to the customer who paid for it. I didn't even make anything close to $375 and that's more than what I even sold the item for and when it got to the customer it arrived with holes(keep on mind with small parts like bolts and screws to hold the bicycle all taken apart), huge soaken spots of water on the cardboard, A massive bend on the bicycle itself from how someone handled it and threw it around during the shipping process arriving to the customer damaged, had to call eBay and tell them I'm not paying for someone else's mistakes within this carrier. The customer was very excited to receive this item and he was very upset once he gotten this in the mail, tape ripped open which I had on perfect and even glued the box,the list goes on and on. Made me buy a bicycle box that was expensive, didn't tell me beforehand how much it was going to cost and decided to charge my card $375 without my knowledge of telling me it was going to cost me that since I had used a QR code. This is my business being effected, so much money wasted and hours/days of stress for this to happen . Someone messed up big time, this hurts so much with how much money I am loosing

Fast and friendly service we printed signs for logistics company and they helped us to laminate the signs so we can run America again 🤝

I went in this afternoon and the man working was very condescending to the woman that was in front of me. Two other employees were also standing around watching this man talk very disrespectfully to that woman and were so busy doing that, they didn't even acknowledge my presence til the woman left. Very unprofessional behavior in my opinion.

This place is a shame. The manager has absolutely no common sense. Came here to return a Fedex package in a plastic box. It was shipped by Fedex and I had a call tag to return in same package. This person did not want to accept it. I had to go to another Fedex location with a knowledgeable and common sensed manager. Why Fedex hires managers that do not have a clue on what customer service is? Fedex is a service company so customer service should be top priority. Fedex. You are fired!!!!!

I stopped here 20 minutes before and important meeting with one of my most important clients to get my proposals printed and bound. While I should have realized that it might take a while, the staff took pity on me and rushed this job. I cannot say enough about how kind and courteous the staff was, especially to help me out when I needed it. It is rare to find that kind of customer service today so I wanted to say thanks and send some love to these folks. Thank you for making me look so good in front of my clients! 5 STARS!!

This location has consistently provided excellent service; however, today's experience fell significantly short of expectations, demonstrating unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. I called to speak to a representative, and Randy answered, being very rude and unprofessional and hanging up on me. Will be taking my business elsewhere

The very kind woman with glasses and brown hair that helped me print documents yesterday was so kind and helpful, and I will definitely keep coming back because of her patience and kindness!

This place is the worst. I do not recommend using their computers to print. It is a scam. $1 to access the computer and then you pay for printing and you’re constantly being charged while you are printing. The printer was not printing because it was out of ink but I was still being charged while they were replacing the ink. I tried to talk with management about it but he blew me off and told me I should have asked for help before I started printing. Richard did a horrible job representing the company. There printing center is a joke I see why they went from 5 computers to 2 and one of them didn’t work. Needless to say there is no emphasis put on the printer self serve side. Don’t waste your time or money.

My pastor sent me out a gift card just for someone at that office to steal my money off it then they are trying to say it was me that did it so sad u can’t even trust a place of Business .

Very fast for online print orders and completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the printing on business cards is poor and grainy. I would use another service for detailed print jobs.
