This bank is wonderful. However, their securities department is for the dumpster. They are rude as heck. David you need professional development or maybe this is not for you. When people are trying to ask about their money. I thought it was your job to assist. Hanging up the phone is childish. I will take my money elsewhere. You are not the end of all ends. If I could give this department a zero I would.

Rating based on customer service, not a reflection of Fifth Third banking. The SLOWEST service you will ever experience at a bank. The teller at the window is in her 60's or 70's and takes forever to complete any kind of transaction. They rarely have anyone helping her so no matter what you go in for you'll be waiting. You literally have to get there when they open and be the first in line to have any success at a somewhat speedy transaction. Make a good decision and visit a different branch.

Arrived at teller drive through 3rd in line at 5:05. Waited 25 minutes to get to the window. Waited another 5 minutes until I pressed the button. Older lady came to the window and said the window was closed and to use the ATM. I told her I was waiting in line for 30 minutes and she says there was no one behind the person in front of me. Basically calling me a liar. I told her again and that I only needed smaller change and she again said to use the ATM. I drove away furious. They need to do something about that old woman. The bank doesn't want people like that interacting with their clients!...... 30 minutes to get change and I don't even have that to show for my wasted time in line.Argh!!!!!

Very rude. My mom had a deposit to make she is disabled so I went in to use the restroom. Then we would make deposit. I asked where the restroom was. One woman was telling me where it was when another chimed in and said they did not have a public restroom. I explained I was a customer. They said to bad. I went across the street to applebee's and came right back. When I got back the door was locked. So I went to the drive thru and just as I pulled in they pulled the shade down I could see thru the crack between the wall and the shade that they were laughing. That was not funny. Luckily my mom had an account next door at Chase. She made her deposit and got the money back that she needed to continue her shopping. All money from fifth third will be transferred to chase. That was extremely rude.

Bad experience every time I come here. Today I Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and no one ever came. Avoid this branch! Very slow customer service and never enough staff.
