Every front counter associate was welcoming, great listeners, offered appropriate/necessary recommendations, very understanding, and was extremely helpful throughout my service visit! The employees are welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They communicate with their customers and keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle. Scheduling service is easy. Joel is an amazing manager. The employees put customers first.

They spent over 1 hour to change one tire, while they knew I had a kid with special needs with me. They did not treat us well. One of them told me they could repair the tire, while the other told me that the tire needed to be replaced. And I knew that it could have been fixed.
