Dion Cranfield was very helpful and polite. I had a bad experience at the St. John location and he apologized for that and helped me accomplish what I was trying to St. John. I can't thank him enough. Top notch service!!!

Bank clerks are very helpful. We'll see how it is, come next monday, when First Midwest, becomes Old National bank out of Evansville Ind. Here we are on july 11, first day of old national banks takeover of first midwest. So far everything is a nightmare. Can't get through to anyone. God help us all.
