Merrillville location the brunch manager is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people and they don’t know where my money went The only answer they give you is we will look in to it The brunch manager want me to talk slowly so the other people don’t hear that they don’t know what they are doing and she wants me to closed my accounts. With out finding my money Really. Nychie. I don’t think so You will find my money frist and then I am out this place

Bank clerks are very helpful. We'll see how it is, come next monday, when First Midwest, becomes Old National bank out of Evansville Ind. Here we are on july 11, first day of old national banks takeover of first midwest. So far everything is a nightmare. Can't get through to anyone. God help us all.

We usually go to Hammond location, however went to the Merrillville location. Worst idea ever. There was 8 cars in drive thru and there's only 2 people in the whole bank. 1 person for inside and 1 for drive thru. I would rather take the chance walking around with all my money then ever coming to this merrillville location again.

Worst bank ever opened a bank account with them last week the app works like trash it takes hours some times days to update the activity in the app but worst of all I've been on the phone all day and cannot seem to get a hold of anyone and to top it all off I made a 300 CASH DEPOSIT and it still has yet to post in my account if I make a CASH DEPOSIT then I should b able to access my money right away
