It’s really not a star at all. That’s the lowest they allow me to go. This foot locker is horrible. 3 weeks ago I went to purchase 3 pairs of Jordan 3s in toddler sizes. They had no 10c but said they could be shipped in 3 days. I received them 14 days later. In a size 7 grade school and they were the wrong style of shoe. Go back to the store, mind you it’s 13 days later and they still do not have this shoe in a 10c. They actually have no shoes in a 10c. How can a big store chain like this not have one shoe in a 10c. I asked for a refund and that’s going to take a week. When I called corporate to inform them of this and express my disappointment with this situation, their response was sometimes stores run out of shoes. The factory can send the wrong shoe that has nothing to do with them. There was no apologies or anything said to make it make sense. I will not shop at Foot Locker again. Because this is terrible customer service.

Foot lock of what's alright. Young people is will just like a replace else. Good good at it, so just don't care. And they just go through the motion this. We just dare to get a paycheck. I don't know call moose. Young people feel about update job Steven. If I didn't like a job I would make you. I still did a good job but young people today. I really don't know. They come across as they want money. But they do not want to work for it. Or they won't to be paid, but they don't want to work. I'm not saying that they all like that. Can I know I'm not missing when I say this about them? I still try to treat them with respect. You know all of that. Can I expect the same thing back, my dad? That's what happened, it's not. I'm just saying they were decent in a few of them. Actually look like they cared about what day will it is the Start have a great day.

Sorry excuse for workers/worker. Asked for some Jordan's size 10. Kid didn't even look up from his phone just said we're out. Would say service sucked but didn't even have it. Instead went to store across from them and dropped $500
