“I seen a few other reviews posted directed toward the front desk lady. I’m not sure if her name might have been Malinda perhaps, made my niece feel valued as a customer. I’m also in retail and I learned a lot from her our interaction with her. On how to connect and create a comfortable shopping experience. I know it was genuine and we spoke about Twilight and Harry Potter as she sold us a “Edward” pin. It was a memorable experience on my daughter’s b day. Thank you!”
