Husband went in to get his fade done so he could check into his new command. He said the lady barely spoke to him, was rude and overall was unfriendly and looked miserable. He had gotten his haircut at his preferred barber before we moved from San Diego and got the top cut shorter so it could grow out and still be in regulations, so he literally just needed a fade. She didn’t bother to comb his hair and then cut it too high. Didn’t say anything to my husband and then went against his wishes and cut the top so now he can’t style his hair how he wants because she messed up the style that he paid for back in San Diego. Overall she fixed her mistakes relatively well, but still did not do what my husband wanted and messed up with it acknowledging it and seeing how the customer wanted to proceed. Would not trust this place.

The elderly hispanic(?) woman with gray hair and glasses has messed up my spouse's hair at least twice now over the course of years. I mean, it's been horrendous and time isn't improving her skill at all. Long, uneven patches, the back was absolutely jacked up, hair all down their shirt because I don't even know that a smock was used and at no point is there brushing off of clippings.
Not only that, the woman is always so rude and disinterested. She's not nice, welcoming, and her attitude is completely disproportionate to her skill. I would expect a first week dog groomer to have better razor skills. I'm not even trying to be funny or unkind, I am being 100% genuine and serious when I say I would not trust her with my stinkiest dog.
Only thing keeping this from being a 1 is the other older lady that does a semi-decent job.

Got hair cut..got a high and tight..for those that don't know what that means it's a high low top fade.. the person that cut my hair left hair in the side and on top it was all choppy and the top wasn't rounded off. I'm going back right now to get it fixed

Terrible. Not very welcoming. I wanted a gradual bob didn't get it. I should have known when she was cutting it dry. Couldn't even wet it. Took maybe a 1/2 inch off all over. I have helmet head now! Ughh worst 25.00 I ever spent never again

My hairstyle is Carla Did great I'm mixed black and Italian and I was kind of skeptical but she assured me she said she've done personal hair before like me and it came out great everything looks nice I'm very happy and appreciate with cut style I will be back to see her again

Tried this location in Merrillville twice now. Will not come back to this location. Seems like Corp has given up on this location. Worst hairs I have gotten in a very long time.
