We had a great visit to Home Depot. Ms R Jones helped us with a return and repurchase with efficiency, kindness and humor (we love fun people). We had help from a few other employees who were all very helpful and friendly. Just a really terrific adventure in retail on a Saturday. Great crew Ryan and Leonard!

Awful customer service. I asked a gentleman for help with lumber. He told me he would be there as soon as he was done, stocking the shelf and never came. I left and went to Lowe’s very happy I did. They were cheaper and much more helpful.

They label their items wrong and all the items will be labeled the same price but then tell you it’s not that price but one that’s higher and won’t honor the price they have it listed as. Definitely check the prices of there tool chests because that was my issue.

Went to pick up a rental truck.. Sherri and Sandra were the two associates at the counter. Not only did they not care to greet me, when I said hello to them they both spoke amongst themselves first. After a few seconds of them trying to figure out who's going to assist me, Sherri seems to have unwillingly accepted the task. Well after starting the process they realized that the truck I was supposed to get had a car hauler attached to it, which I didn't request. Sherri stated that it's not her job to remove the car hauler because she doesn't work for Penske. After over an hour of waiting to figure out who's going to remove the car hauler from the truck, they finally got another associate to do it. Not once did they think to apologize for the inconvenience and not once did they even attempt to smile or display some sort of customer service. They definitely need retraining which is sad because Sandra is one of the managers.

They are actually helpful and bring you to find what your looking for mostly, depending on who u find that day. Pretty well organized store.

Compared to Menard's I saw a lot of smiling employees who were helpful. I know it's expensive and times are difficult but it is nice to see smiling faces and encountering someone who wants to be helpful. Please smile and be kind because that person can be having a worse day then you. Be kind..

There are people who sometimes goes out and beyond , two of them are Marshall and Lynn. I needed a can light ,aka spotlight for a painting at home on display but I have to improvise. Lynn made sure someone will help me out, and that was Marshall who helped figure out my need . Kudos to both ?

Did an online order to pick up. I got the notification my order was ready so I went to the store. I was at the store for 2 hours and no one could find my order. I walked every isle and found it partially pulled in the shelving isle. I had to load all the lumber myself as the associates intentionally walked by careful to not make eye contact with me. I have never seen anything like it. Loading heavy sheets of plywood I scratched my arm all up and pulled my back. When I finally got checked out I had to ask the clerk to page someone to help me load. Two minutes into helping he asks what time it was because he had to clock out at 5pm or he gets in trouble. So stop helping a customer to save 5 minutes of paid time. Home Depot has really changed and completely gotten away from any kind of customer service. I blows my mind how a company this bad has gotten so big. Not to mention the lumber I got was soaked and covered in sap.
