Had to wait forever in line to get my online order. Employees were slow and randomly vacated stations. Also, couldn't get any help to lift the item into the trunk or even do curbside. Not a good HD, normally I prefer any HD over the Merrillville one.

Tiwanda in the paint department is awesome! I was having trouble finding the color of rustoleum I needed. she took the time to physically check stock for me and set it aside for me and had it ready to go when I arrived! Great job Tiwanda, you truly know the meaning of customer service.
