I was offered lots of low ball offeres from other places. I decided to try 1 more local place which was Merrillville Jewelers, I walked in and skeptical of what I would be offered. He asked me what I was looking to get out of my item, I gave him a fair value of what I knew my item was worth, he countered, and at the end he gave me the offer I was looking for. After we got done with the deal, we talked alot, I stayed in the shop for an extra 10 to 15min after the deal was done. You will not find a more honest and honorable man locally. Merrillville Jewelers shocked me on how Amazing the service was, but not only the service, I felt at home, I was completely comfortable talking to him. For those who read these comments, Please don't go to other places to buy jewelry or to sell what you have. Don't get low ball offers as I got from other local places. Merrillville Jewelers by far is the place to go. If you're looking for Great Customer Service, Someone who is not a salesman but can really be honest with you and not looking to take advantage of you, than I would highly recommend stopping by and getting all your jewelry needs met.
