This is the worst Jimmy Jazz I ever been to! Everything is overpriced from all the other ones I've been to before and I've been to several. And then they let you purchase items and don't tell you their non-returnable until you come back and tell them they don't fit you. Horrible customer service my worst Jimmy Jazz experience ever. I've been going to Jimmy Jazz inside was a teenager I will never return to this store again.

If I could I would leave zero stars ! Been a long time loyal customer of the Jimmy jazz franchise, so I'm not giving up on the store but this location will never see another dollar of mine! The Manger watched and helped me pick out a 3 set of polo v neck, listen to me tell my friend I'm unsure of the size I need and let me purchase them. I return an hour later and ask can I swap my large for a medium pack. He tells me "oh my bad I forget to tell you those are final slale". Never will I ever step foot in that place again. Btw never have I ever seen prices so high at any location

Excellent service! Bought 2 pair of shoes yesterday! Sales person was very helpful and friendly! Had been into 2 other shoe stores in the mall before and they seemed annoyed that we wanted to try on shoes! Will definitely be going to Jimmy Jaz 1st from now on!

They lied and kept saying they were close but kept letting people in and the girl lied and said the manager said they were close and that was an hour ago but they close at 7 not 6 and she told that lie twice

Came to the jimmy jazz in Southlake mall had 50 to 60 people wait in line for the jordan 13 flints and only let 3 people in and they sold out this is crazy and not fair!!!!! Stop letting people stand in line if you gone sale them early!!!

Man I love jimmy jazz they got all the gear and the customer service is ok but I mean it varies depending on the weekday I went on a monday the service was the total opposite from a saturday. Safe to say I will shop on a monday it's more chill and the customer service is about 5xs better. Its bright, good music, nice selection of shoes, and the prices are not bad at all.

I would leave zero starts if I could. Went to find a pair of shoes that my man wanted on sale. They are listed as $79.99 on the shoes. Rang up $89.99 and when I said I wanted the sale price I was told no by a female ast mgr who was extremely rude, rolling her eyes at me. Had the nerve to tell me anyone could have out that price on there and what they ring up in the computer is what the price is. Probably so they can steal money. The picture I got was on Thursday and today Sunday at close and the shoes have the same price on them. But I'm sure anyone put it on there. Will never go back.

Terrible service and deceitful workers in this store. Went to fill out raffle for Jordan’s releasing this weekend. I told my info and did not really pay attention when they were entering it into the computer. Then I am with my brother and he is telling the guy his information for the raffle and I witness the guy not even putting the info into the computer. He literally just pretended to input the information. I did not call him out on it, just left in disgust. Jimmy Jazz in Southlake Mall will not treat you right unless you know someone that works there. Zero stars if I could.
