Woman's clothes on the main floor. Plus size on 2nd floor up an escalator. Dressing room across the 2nd floor in kids clothes dept. Need to find the elevator to take ur cart down to main floor to check out! My associate acted bored, not friendly. Highland Indiana store is much better.

Went in to redeem some Kohl's cash and grab three pairs of gym shoes on clearance. When I got to the register, the price of one pair was marked lower than it should have been. Another pair was incorrectly added to clearance as well. So the manager who was ringing my shoes only honored one of the two discounted prices. These errors had absolutely nothing to do with customers who are purchasing things on clearance. I told the manager he needed to check the clearance price for accuracy to prevent these types of issues from reoccurring.
