Spent $75 for my son to get a nice hat with his name on it and they didn’t center it on the hat and was also angled upward. The managers response was there nothing I’m going to do for you. Broke my kids heart smh. Just terrible to do to a kid.

I have been to this store twice and each time I do not get so much as a hello from the staff. I completely was ignored the entire time in the store and I was the only customer in there. One worker was picking his hair looking at himself in the mirror while the other two were both talking to each other and on the phone. This is why people don't go to stores anymore. Customer service is pitiful and people have zero work ethic.

Horrible customer service from the Manager! Yep, you heard that right. The one who is supposed to be running the store the right way! They wouldn't let us return a hat that we ordered online when the order clearly states we can return to any Lids store. We should him where it says that on the website and he said that ain't our website. Lol....do not go here. Go to the one in Michigan City!

Horrible customer service from the Manager! Yes, who the heck do you people have managing your places. Wouldn't let us do an exchange from online when the website says we have 30 days to return. When we showed him he said that ain't our website and was very rude. You need to get someone who knows what the heck they are doing to be a manager. Go to the Michigan City Lids.
