I don’t know why their prices are so high. You can spend nearly half at Menards and get a rebate. They’re barely paying staff. All they have is self check out. Pathetic. Give people jobs. Trying to capitalize so bad.

Ordered and pay for door in October was supppose to be installed day after thanksgiving, got called by installer said door was damaged called manager, he said installer lied door not damaged,re schedule install for dec, was called again said door was damaged and had to be reordered. Went to lowes again to reorder door and now glass is backordered. Absolutely ridiculous will never ever buy anything here again.

I needed to identify items on a faded receipt.They were able to look up the receipt and tell me what I bought.Lowe's does a good job of purchase tracking. As long as you pay with a credit or debit card, they can find your purchase history!!!

Absolute worst experience ever, ordered countertop and the company they set me up with to do the measurements couldn't come out for over 6 weeks. Finally after they measured the stone Lowe's sold me was back ordered 6 more weeks. I was promised by the person at the store who sold me the stone that everything would be measured and installed within about 2-3 weeks which seemed reasonable.After 12 weeks the stone still wasn't installed I called more than a dozen times and was promised by over a dozen people. They would call me back the next day to help resolve my issue and not a single person ever called me back.I was escalated to a supervisor two different times in the supervisors. Both swore up and down that they would call me back within 2 days and no one ever call me back still.Finally, after 3 months the stone was installed and I was promised by someone that I would receive compensation for the delay. I made the summer more phone calls and was promised by several people over several days that they would call me back and no one still ever called me back.I've called multiple times after that to receive the compensation they promised me with absolutely zero luck. Today I just got off the phone with him and they said they don't have my name in the system anymore..... They said they don't know which department I'm supposed to be contacting either and a woman told me she couldn't dedicate anymore time to me because she didn't know what else to do to help me.To say this is the worst customer experience I've ever had would be an understatement. I was told things such as "it's not Lowe's fault people just don't want to do their job and work anymore these days.". I wish that was excuse I could use with my business but unfortunately in real life that doesn't work with customer service. I understand delays happen but the inability for the customer service to return any phone calls. The amount of time that I've put into this to get the issue resolved is beyond any compensation that they could ever give me. I've paid for my stone and will never show at Lowe's again and advise you to be extremely weary when ordering anything such as countertop from this store.

Just bought a brand new dryer. Got it home. Took it out the box. It was dented. Called lowes to even get a little off... not even returned it. They wanted me to bring it all back. I had pic of the box, the dent... said i couldn't send pics. The store assoc saw the box was all in tacked. Will never do business with lowes on major appliances. Never had any issues with best buy or home depot.

I went to the store today to buy rubber mulch in the garden dept.Sharon was the only one out there I needed help loading 12 bagsof this stuff. She called more than once to get me help she saidjust pull your car up I will help you. Now mine you she was anolder women she went above and beyond to help me load mycar. I sure hope she gets a star and recognition from the storethis women was kind, helpful and accommodating and by theway no one else came to help.

My experience with this Lowe’s location/employees has been great- but the contractors they hire for some of their installs- absolutely awful.Purchased an appliance on a Saturday, told we would be contacted by the installer (which we paid extra for)! Don’t hear from the installer until late Wednesday promising a Friday delivery and installation, with a phone call Thursday evening with a window. The call came on Thursday after 9:00 PM saying it would be between 1-4:30 PM the next day. At 4:30, contacted and said it would be 5:30. At 5:55 was told they were 10 minutes out. 30 minutes later, have reached out and still don’t know what the deal is or if I’ll ever get my (expensive) appliance.So if you’re getting an appliance- make sure to ask if the delivery/install is by Lowe’s employees- if it is, you’re fine! Great experience! If not, get the appliance yourself and hire someone yourself for the install. Save yourself the stress.

We will never set foot in that store ever again. We came in to purchase 3 new vanities, hardware, accessories etc for our new home. After being in the bath section waiting for 20 minutes not a single person came to help us. You just lost several thousand from us...off to Schilling we go

Window OrderOnce Lowe's gets your money they don't care about the customer and what has gone wrong with the project; even when the project has not been completed and is far from complete. They got their money so screw the customer.Two months in and this is an absolute nightmare. Received damaged windows of which two just arrived this past Thursday (July 20th) and then on July 22nd received an email that the installation project has been completed. OK. How do I get the two windows installed now. I have been inquiring for two months on the cost increase of the windows from the original quote because I didn't understand why there was a difference, and yet, the assistant store manager who has been involved since May 22nd on this question, has yet to reach out to me and provide an explanation. There is damage to my home, windows are damaged, and the manufacturer used did not shave the seams of the windows and so I am left right now in a position to be hurt because of the sharp edges.I have documented everything. Eleven emails have been sent, several telephone calls have been made and yet, I am still at square one. This was a huge investment. After having been a lifelong customer of Lowe's, I would never have had an inkling that this would have taken place. Especially with a huge financial investment. They got their money. That's all they care about.My suggestion. Stay clear of this store. There are more honest and hardworking companies who deserve our money. Big conglomerates just don't care. Except, we are the little guy who got them to where they are now.

We purchased a new Refrigerator recently @ the Merrillville Lowe's. We received excellent service from Christine and the Installers were amazing as well. Thanks for making this experience painless ‼️
