Service is always great. Went there today and unfortunately my card was hacked. Only place I used it today. Went to register to use card. Then fraudulent charges pursued after. Not accusing the staff but something isn't right. Get it together luke. I got hacked and been had. Not happy about this. Watch who's checking the machines and servicing them..... thank you.

I recently visited this gas station and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the cashier on duty. She went above and beyond to assist me when I was having trouble filling my car's tires with air. Her kindness, genuineness, and helpful attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. Not only did she patiently guide me through the process, she even went the extra mile by retrieving a tool to measure tire pressures. The level of customer service provided by the cashier truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this gas station to anyone in need of excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

The workers are extremely rude. My drink did not ring up as advertised on the label in front of it. The cashier responded “I don’t control what the register says”. The manager that came out also had a nasty disposition and responded “That’s not the price for that drink, someone put them in the wrong place…it cost whatever it’s ringing up on the register” I refuse to spend my money in an establishment that makes people feel as if they don’t belong.

My daughter visited this Luke on 4/17/23 @8pm. She is making her daily purchase before heading home. She grabs a case of water comes back to register foot gets snagged in their ragedy rug employee that was on that night stated oh no are you ok I keep telling them about the rug that it was going to hurt someone. Fast forward to next day her ankle is swollen as seen in photo. She contacts Debbie who is rude and treated my daughter as if she was a criminal. My daughter requested corporate number in comesJessica whom never ever answers her phone nor returns calls. Finally receive a call from Dave the district manager who is defending the behavior of his terrible store manager Debbie actions. He said someone would call her never did until she threatened with her attorney. Then some guy Terrance called her she missed call, called him back not once not twice but six times. Again she had to leave a message threatening to get her attorney. He finally calls back and says, oh they reviewed the tape and determined that she didn’t hurt herself. Really explain that ankle.

Prices marked as one thing. Charges totally different when they ring them up. Pay attention advertising on red bulls totally wrong prices say one thing rings up easy more. Disgusting business

I've been going to the Luke station in crown point for the past few years but thanksgiving evening has changed that I found it rather disturbing that one of the employees that evening asked if she could talk to me so we went outside and had a short conversation she had asked me if I could get her some vykadine pills found that disturbing and told her no she then copped a attitude and went back into the store I won't be going back there

I’m so used to not so nice people working at gas stations but today was a shock! Heather is super nice she greeted me when I came in with a smile! I paid my drink with change…she saw I had a pouch full of change she offered to change it for me with a smile. Thank goodness there was no line! Too bad I don’t live here otherwise I’d be coming here just to get a smile. Great Job Heather!!! Keep up your customer service skills!

I went to wash up at horse prairie and us30 in Valparaiso & a $5 way ended up with $150 in damage to my rear windshield wiper being TORN off. When I spoke to the gentleman Terrence S. He said his managers didn’t see a vehicle like this, did I have a receipt? I sent him a copy of my bank part with the deduction for the service. He went radio silenced. After repeated telephone calls, texts etc, never heard from him again. This happened in January 2022. Since he always called from county line orchard, I will now be boycotting both. I do not want to support a business that practices in this way. Especially learning they have a history of doing this to others with same issue as I.

This gas station is excellent everything it does! The bathrooms are clean, the service is excellent, and best of all, the gas is fantastic! I love this gas station a lot because darn it, it's just epic.
