Hadn't been to Macy's in quite a while. I received a gift card at Christmas & finally decided to use it. Honestly, I was disappointed in the "condition" of the store, so to say. Clothes laying on the floor, racks that had 4 and 5 items on them, and that was it.... cubicles that should have had folded shirts in them, empty. When I couldn't find something for myself, I went to the men's department to look for my husband. Sadly, I encountered thr same thing... needless to say I left the store without using my Christmas gift card. ?

The bathroom was atrocious. There was “brown” buildup under both the hand dryers and no paper towels to open the filthy door. It looked like something out of a “Saw” movie. I don’t know how the employees even use that disgusting thing.
