“I would like to share a preliminary review for services received from Hook’s Medical Supply in Merrillville Indiana. Though the process and service is not complete, i.e. delivery and set up I have completed the order process. I want to thank my service provider, Cassandra for going the extra mile and seeing to it that my bed would be delivered for my mother before I had to leave town. Cassandra called to share the news and was excited just as I was. It was personal to her to see to it that I had good service. I appreciate that Cassandra provided that service. It shows that you can have thousand bad experiences but when you have that one as I did, it keeps you coming back to that service provider. Thank you, Cassandra. Blessings.”
“John Hudson is the best! Thank you John for all your hard work getting Mom an oxygen tank during the electrical outage!!!! He came in the house as he delivered the oxygen tank with a big smile, he was so pleasant, knowledgeable and kind...
