“I came up to Merrilvklle for a heart surgery checkup and forgot a piece og my cpcp machine. I went in and met with Bridgette W who treated me well knowing that I really needed a small connector for my hose. Although Life DME doesn't sell parts ,she went and looked through some donated equipment. She found the part and did not charge me. Bridgette W went above and beyond to help me. She is a valuable team member as a point of first contact.”

“The lady on the phone, the guys who dropped off equipment and picked up were SO NICE. The set-up guy explained everything so well. They came to my house right after I got out of the hospital. And the pick up guy even said he would pray for me. You just don’t see customer service with a smile like that much anymore.”

“I would like to share a preliminary review for services received from Hook’s Medical Supply in Merrillville Indiana. Though the process and service is not complete, i.e. delivery and set up I have completed the order process. I want to thank my service provider, Cassandra for going the extra mile and seeing to it that my bed would be delivered for my mother before I had to leave town. Cassandra called to share the news and was excited just as I was. It was personal to her to see to it that I had good service. I appreciate that Cassandra provided that service.
