Today my husband went to activate my daughter phone and the person who said he is the owner of the store was very unprofessional,we have 4 lines in our plan he only need to pay the activation fees to add the four line what is around 20-35 dollar he was trying to make him pay over 90 dollars just for activation fees we call the customer service and when we have a representative on the phone ready to explain to him that we only need to pay 25 dollar he call the cops this is not very professional he was trying to scam us and changed us with extra money, please DON'T COME TO this place the are rude and will not help you

I went two days ago during hours of operation and there was a sign saying they'd be back in 10 minutes. No telling how long it had been there, and we waited for 15-20 minutes to no avail.
