Store manager is always trying to get over on a customer by saying buy a phone from him don't lease , look some people can't afford to just buy a phone stop trying to be slick .

I been with Metro for over 4 years lol I always bought my phone outright. So today 1st I called 611 customer Service asked for an upgrade promo. She said yes you is over due for a free promo you just have to go in store give number ID. I called this location to ask about the upgrade promo. The guy was very rude. Ask for phone number but no name. Then said you will get an IPhone 11 lol and you pay a month plus act fee. All fees. I’m ready to switch because of him. He didn’t say his name and they be self owned. He didn’t care he’s just there because he has too I believe. If I switch I will have a new phone and same number with better customer service people in store. That’s a great deal.

Absolutely customer service horrible. They are over charging all kinds of their own fee such as service convenience fee, must have insurance plan when activate new service, buy their phone accessories....

A big thank you to Muhammad for helping my wife with recovery of her phone number! I appreciate the service this man gave us. I haven't had the best experience in some locations, but Muhammad did(over the phone, even) exactly what he said he would do. And at the end of the work day. I highly recommend this store and Muhammad!

Mohammed is great. He called and kept me updated with what phones I wanted, when they will be in store and when I can come get them. He has called to stay in communication with me and has been a great service rep. I will be going in today to transfer 4 lines because he is someone I would like doing business with. All I can say is Jakobe! This dude knows his craft. He assisted me in my purchase of my brothers phone, He explained everything in detail, gave some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. So many customers came in and he still paid attention to my needs, thank you, I will visit again.

I switched from Verizon ( I was paying over $150 for one line). I called the store to get some information to see if it was the right choice for me. The guy over the phone wasn’t listening very well and had to take a chance on it. Boy am I 1000% happy that I did. Went in the store on my lunch brake ( wasn’t a good day at all) he had me feeling very comfortable and hooked me up with an iPhone 11. Idk anything about iPhone. So he was very patient with me. However after I left the store the phone was NOT working at all. I couldn’t make or receive calls or text. So I called 611. Wasn’t fixed so I decided to go in. A very nice and helpful lady was in there ( I’d mention names however I’m horrible at remembering she’s the manager). She sat there for over an hour fixing my issues. She helped with my babies and also kept me feeling like she truly cared about fixing it. I live in DeMotte and I am more than willing to drive to Merrillville and visit this store ONLY. Please keep up the amazing customer service because people are going through it out here. You all (3 amazing employees) made my day much better both times I went in. Thank you all so much for the kindness I experienced in your store. To some it may be just a sell or another aggressive customer. But I am truly happy I went in the Merrillville location both times. Thank you again phone works great NOW! Lol
