Place won't service Harmat scooters even though they are a dealer......store manager said he would call me back after I spoke to him regarding the issue I was having with our scooter.......it's been 3 weeks now and still waiting for a return phone call, I wanted to just purchase a replacement part they won't sell to consumers and I am fine with that I asked when I could schedule a repair with the service dept and then they asked if I purchased the scooter there I told them no it was bought in Florida and there reply was they won't service it because it was purchased elsewhere I explained to them they are a dealership and they mgr told me to call Harmar if I didn't like his answers. I then did call Harmar and they got me the part that was needed and said that they have heard of a lot of dealerships doing that exact same thing ( not servicing scooters ) especially if it was bought at the dealership you want it fixed at. I also told Harmar that the upper management needs to be informed about this issue......if this is the case then why even bother being a dealer as most of there money would be made from fixing certain problems and servicing the scooters especially when the warranty runs out.

Mobility Works is a great fantastic Company they have excellent customer service and excellent their rental department, our company rented from them about 25 times so far and we never had any issues. Kyla is the best one thing I can say when you step in there just about everyone has a smile on their face and glad to see you to help you in any way that they can in the general manager. Mr. Willie has been taken care of us for the past few years with our other Wheelchair vehicles.

My MIL has recently passed away; my FIL bought their handicap van through Mobilityworks one year ago. It has 5;000 miles on it and they offered less than 1/2 of the purchase price. It’s barely been used, they would’ve sold it for much more than that. My FIL ended up trading it in at a regular dealer even for a 2025 car. Mobilityworks doesn’t care about people, only a profit!

Very disappointed with mobility works. Mid November our van's wheelchair lift stopped working and could only be used manually which was very difficult to do. So we brought it to them, and ultimately we were told the motherboard was bad, and they didn't make them for our lift anymore, and we'd need to get a new lift. (Starting at $6000!)
Today we took it to another shop that said he could take a look. In about 20 minutes he found a broken wire and had it fixed for us 30 minutes later and at a very cheap price.
Very disappointing for more than a month we were trying to figure out how we could manage to get a new lift, and struggling to get around, when in reality a thorough check was not done and it was a simple fix that should have been taken care of that day.

Experience here was great! Staff were very helpful in getting us into a vehicle we needed. They took the time to go over all our needs and get the right vehicle for us. They also have mobility chairs!
We continue to go for regular ramp service and are always well cared for.

Willie and his team were fantastic. We had a previously bad experience with a different general manager and Willie ensured our satisfaction and took extra steps to make sure we were happy with our experience this time. We highly recommend MobilityWorks because of Willie, Kyla, Rocco, and the service department. We love our new blue Chrysler Pacifica!

Took my dad in to help him get a mobility scooter and this place was amazing. We have been too a couple and hands down this was the best place and staff. Rocco helped us but all the staff there was awesome. I would highly recommend this place.
