“Today Wednesday June 11, 2024 I decided to come to Duke of oil in Merrillville next to Simon Sez with my white 1999 Ford Explorer for a oil change. I have never been to Duke of oil before so I decided to give them a try as I am not happy with the former oil express in Crown Point new owners and their new prices even with coupon as I had been going to for decades. I met Jimmy the manager right away after pulling in the bay. I am very picky about my car and bring my own high grade oil and filter. Although they do not give a discount if you bring your own, Jimmy did honor a coupon for Duke of oil that had just expired which made me decide to stay for service. I just want to say Jimmy the Manager and technician Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied today. They were both extremely professional, courteous, and I enjoyed talking to them in conversation and they were very attentive to make sure everything was done on my Explorer to spec and took care of a issue too. And because of Jimmy and Matt, Duke of oil will have a new lifelong customer as I will be not only returning for my service needs, but I will be bringing my other vehicles as well. Thank You Both,
