This store is horrible my second time there in a couple of years and was still treated poorly they should be ashamed of their employees and management don’t understand how they are still serving people

This location is beyond horrible. I went to the store a few months ago and my experience was horrible despite waiting for over an hour to be able to get serviced. Despite that experience I decided to give them another shot and it was just as bad. The attitude i received on the phone was ridiculous, I was placed on hold without even being told I was gonna be placed on hold. I called back and Pamela was just plain rude and basically hung up on me since she didnt want to hear anything i had to say. I've spent so much money on pandora to the point I think I have my own store at home and when I receive customer service like this I just rather take my money elsewhere since this location seems to not appreciate their customers.

The manager Pamela is very rude, we've spend so much money into pandora, my wife has 35 bracelets including the 24k, all are full, but with this experience, is making me think twice of buying pandora again. It's ridiculous when a person spends so much money into something and gets a nasty attitude in returned!! I will definitely let everyone I know about this so they can think twice before going to this location!!

This is the worse pandora location ever, the customer service sucks, the manager Pamela has a nasty attitude and does not like helping anyone. I will definitely never be back at that location anymore, maybe even drop pandora and start buying else where!!

I had a disappointing experience at this store. My wife was browsing a catalog to look at some Pandora bracelets when the sales associate rudely took it away, saying it was for employees only. When my wife politely asked if they had another catalog, the associate responded in an unfriendly manner, insisting that she would have to wait for assistance from staff if she wanted to see any items. This dismissive attitude was uncalled for, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the first time we’ve encountered such behavior here. Customer service like this makes the shopping experience uncomfortable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terribly lacking on at this specific location. This is why customers go online and pay for shipping. I ordered online for in store pick up, you only have 3 days to pick up and even though this isn’t a store problem it’s utterly ridiculous and not enough grace to pick up anything during the holiday season. What is the stores problem is that the hours online do not match the actual store hours. I called just off a whim and was instantly greeted with an attitude and unprofessionalism. I stated that my order needed to be picked up today as it was day three however I just got off and I know they were closing soon. The lady cut me off and said we close at 9 (I called at 7:50 their site said they were closed at 8). I said never the less I wouldn’t make it however my mother would be picking up her order the next day from the same location is there anyway to add her to my pick up so it wouldn’t be cancelled… crickets. To the point where I thought she hung up on me she then said no. Nothing more nothing less. I said is there anyway to extend the pick up. She put the phone on hold and didn’t even tell me. Came back and said no. Nothing else lol. To shorten this review because as you can probably expect this conversation went no where and she just spoke in such a rude and condescending tone while on the phone. Employees at the store were not helpful called and they were borderline blunt and rude. Turned me off from even wanting to pick up my product from this location. Were not helpful at all and didn’t make my shopping experience seem worth while. She even told me I could pick up tomorrow and when I got off the phone I received an email that my order was cancelled lol I’ll just pay for online shipping or take my business elsewhere. Pandora needs to do some serious quality training of their employees at this location.

The customer service is horrible 0/10. I went in to get my bracelet cleaned and the sales associate Tee acted as if it was an inconvenience. After she cleaned it she said “you ready to buy another one.” Tee was extremely rude and I will never buy anything else from the store BEWARE!!!

I went in for a bracelet exchange and the jewelry associates were so helpful. Stephanie was able to exchange my bracelet in a simple and fast transaction.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The staff was so attentive and patient. The store was very busy and the staff did an excellent job with multitasking and assisting multiple customers and in a very professional manner! I will definitely return and based on my positive shopping experience, I highly recommend you give this store a try.

They don’t honor sales & coupons. Also the manager refused to let me exchange my bracelet because I brought it from another pandora store.
