This store is a terrible place COVID-19 mess. These rainbow stores are up. This location is always a dam issue when i do go, which is every blue moon. No dressing room, no lights, no air conditioner. I dont see how they are still open. People shopping in the dark hot store. Employees are lovely people. i feel bad for them and the condition this company has their workers in.

This is probably the worst experience that I have had at one of the stores. The manager was rude and unprofessional. They closed and locked the doors 30 minutes before closing time with customers standing outside. Horrible experience!!

I’m giving this store a low rating because they’ve closed the fitting rooms and removed all the mirrors. Shopping for clothes without being able to try them on or even seeing how they look makes no sense. It completely defeats the purpose of shopping in person instead of shopping online. Very disappointing experience.

Let's just start out by saying I love this store. N everyone working there! N trust me I'm there almost every weekend faithfully. Im pretty sure they know it's me writing this! This is seriously my favorite rainbow not just for the clothes but to see the familiar faces I forward to seeing when I'm there! They have great deals n a bigger store so it's alot to choose from! You'll never get bored in here!

Since rooms are closed, you have to buy it in order to try it on. I did that and I wanted to return it and I was not allowed to. I had the receipt. The tags were still on it.

The staff was amazing. The store was Immaculate ( very clean and the clothing items were phenomenal, so many great choices to choose from)
