If I could honestly give them 0 stars I would.... we bought a gun on their website p.i.f. and had it shipped to this location. When it came in we filled out the proper forms for the background check and we somehow managed to be placed on a hold (not denied). We were told to wait and it could take up to 30 days to figure out why we were just on hold. They told us someone would call us and keep us update......that never happened...we had to keep calling them after 30 days to figure out what was going on. EVERYONE we spoke to, talked to us like we were idiots and completely condescending. Then finally after we had enough of the b.s. we went back in and they had it on the wall for sale....we asked for a refund and they wanted to charge us for a restocking fee.... you all are such jokes. Honestly if someone wants to take some time to travel, go to south bend to Midwest guns. Way better customer service and everyone is super friendly. No indoor ranges but there is a place also that is close to them that has a really nice range. We will never do business with range USA ever again.

This store/range has all your needs along with very helpful and knowledgeable workers to assist you. The range was very clean, plenty of space, no wait time. Ventilation was also great.

Would give zero stars if possible. Very short distance range not worth bringing a rifle to, ~25-30 yards max. Strict time limit of an hour, cant reload outside of the stall, need to take guns out of case in the stall. It all eats away at the wee little hour you have.

Bought a gun there- used it 3 times on the range as a member. Went to clean gun and small screw is out to far preventing takedown lever from being moved. Went to range and explained- offered to SELL me a $50 kit to twist in screw. Charging me $50 to fix a gun that didn't work properly when they sold it to me!!! Basically told " too bad".Canceling my membership today- won' t deal with somebody who doesn' t stand behind a $500 purchase!!!!!

If there was an option to rate this at a zero, I would! Today me, my husband, my (minor) child, and my in-laws went to the range. After we were permitted into the range area my husband began to set up our stations. As he began to move one of our firearms, a worker began to yell "keep the firearm pointed down range". My husband was confused as the weapon was positioned correctly down range. The worker then approached my husband and began to repeat himself and stated "put the gun in the box". My husband told the worker to stop yelling at him. At that moment the worker moved over my husband as he was bent over placing the firearm in the box (original packaging from purchase) and asked him "what did you say to me". My husband repeated "do not yell at me". The worker stated that my husband made him uncomfortable because he had a temper and needed to rack all weapons and leave. We asked for a refund and he stated that we could not be refunded. I asked for the manager and he stated that he'll speak with management. After waiting twenty minutes, I began to look for the manager (Kyle). Once found, the manager listened to both sides and stated since the worker was uncomfortable no matter the workers behavior we could be refunded but still had to leave. The customer service here was very poor! The worker was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. I will never patronize this place again.

We just did membership at this place, yesterday we went out to celebrate my birthday with my family, a worker name is Brian who was very rude and didn't know how to talk to people, he managed to ruin my birthday. I don't even want to go back to this place anymore

This place has just about any common gun/ammo you could want. They have a great set up & nicely organized, and most of the workers are very helpful. The indoor range accommodates more of a variety of gun types than other indoor ranges. But if you want to do a gun transfer, Gun prices are pretty fair here, But I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you intend on doing a gun transfer because I've done gun transfers for half sometimes less than half the fee they are asking.

**Please read before purchasing firearms here!!!!...because of their company policies! They dont honor the Brady date at all, and will not transfer over firearm without a proceed from NICS background...if you receive a delay on background check, you'll have wait...i waited over 30day, still no response back, so i requested a refund..and they charge you a %25 restock fee even though their company policies is the reason why you dont receive your goods!...so if you shop here and get a delay..expect to lose %25 of the purchase price! Shop at your own risk, id never personally do business with range usa again! Dont recommend...shop at a small business, where your business is appreciated, and your not taken advantage of
