The gentlemen who are the owners are very helpful and professional. I currently have an issue with a major insurance company wanting to deny responsibility for my car damage and South End owners are going over and beyond to submit responsibility to that company. I really appreciate that they are doing more for me than my own insurance company.

I just got my car back and I can tell you that Joe Biernat strikes me as an honest, straight shooter who treats customers fairly, schedules things so they can be done quickly with minimal impact, and with industry-standard finished results. It's refreshing to meet a business owner with integrity and I will be sharing this assessment with my friends. I previously had body work done at another area business and it was pretty obvious to me they are price gouging and had to be motivated to get me my car back before surpassing a month's time without my vehicle. Again, good to know there's a reasonable company out there with trustworthy people running it.With South End, I am guessing this work will be durable and won't have problems (like I said, I just got my car back), and am very pleased.Services: Painting
