I’m currently sitting in the store as I write this. My husband and I walked in at 10:18am to look into buying a tracking device for his 72 C10. The gentleman and woman here talked us into getting the 3 for 1 promo on these so we said yes. Big mistake on our part. We have been waiting for over an hour waiting to see how to obtain the 3rd one that they do not have in stock. The guy who seemed like he knew what he was doing, went into the back just before 11 and never came back out. All the while we are told by the girl, who seems new so no big blame on her, that he’s making phone calls to the manager on how to get the 3rd tracking device. My husband had to leave at 11:10 to go to another town to get our son from Prek, and now has to come back while I sit here and wonder what the heck is taking so long. Just asked her right this second why it’s taking 2 hours for this to happen?? Waiting for a replay but just wanted to vent and say that if you have things to do and are pressed for time do not come in. I must also note that we walked in with no one in the store at the time and maybe three people filtered in and out while we were here and they have 3 employees here. So they weren’t that crowded. Edit: just walked out bc the girl couldn’t tell me why exactly bc she said the guy who knows more and is hiding, wasn’t explaining it “clearly.” That we couldn’t get the third one in store or another store even shipped at this point. So I told her to cancel the entire thing and walked out. Two hours wasted and literally nothing to show for it. Worst experience at a retail store in my life.

My service hasn’t been working for weeks .. went to this location and they didn’t help me..sent me away.. I still have no voice service and been a customer for over 20 years

Great had my phone fixed and all questions answered. Going back next month for a new phone if they have a promotion going on phones. Was worth the drive from Griffith .

T-Mobile has an EXCELLENT Home Internet Service ?, the 5G GATEWAY ⚡⚡⚡. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with ?. Mobile Phone Service is GREAT ?. Customer Service and In Store Agents are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and Very Friendly ?. I'm so HAPPY T-MOBILE introduced Internet Service to my Home Town , THANK YOU T-MOBILE ????.

Excellent service, we may be switching from AT&T to T-mobile. T-MOBILE currently has better rates than AT&T.

Probably the best T-Mobile store in the AREA. After trying to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile at the Valpo store (Don't go there!) for several weeks, I decided to try my luck in Merrillville. I wish I had started there. Fidel Tobar is absolutely the best. He took the time to listen, and made my experience the best. He got our phones (4 lines) and invited us in to make the switch. He accomplished what his peers in Valpo could not. He was professional, courteous and most importantly did what he said he would do. If you need help with a new T-Mobile phone I highly recommend you head to the mall and find Fidel Tobar. You will be pleased you did!

Store #5020 will not sell you a device if you are not a new customer. Existing customers will be told that products can be ordered and shipped to their homes even after the employee confirms that stock is available. Not every store is like this, but this one is definitely one to avoid.

Excellent service, staff is always courteous and prompt attention is given everytime you come in. I'm T-Mobile for life
