The employees at the store have been nothing but friendly and very helpful. They’ve helped me finish my order. They help me trying to get come back in. This was a few days ago and I had a little problem trying to use my card and they help me out with the card and I was able to purchase my order

I tried to return two pairs of pjs that were new, with tags and still in the bag. I just got the wrong sizes as I don't buy their clothing regularly. I was told they don't do returns. I asked to just exchange for new sizes and still told no, we don't do that here. I pulled up the company return policy to show her and she still said she can't take them. They had tags, in the bag and everything.. how can anyone try your clothes if you don't allow this?!

Decided to order a nice Christmas dress for my cousin’s birthday as a gift. But when I received the dress it was just thrown into the bag without any other protection. The dress was completely wrinkled everywhere. Will never order something from here again if that’s how you guys like to treat clothing.

We are out of town and hubby left the baby's suitcase at the front door so we had to stop and buy new clothes and Children's Place came thru . $9.99 jeans and $4.99 graphic tees.

Terrible horrible service went to exchange an online order never been opened Christmas present for my kids and they said sorry the socks are past the 45 days there nothing we can do. I will never be back again !!

The employees are extremely rude! The store is an absolute mess. Stuff is all over the floor you can't find anything. Stuff is piled in boxes in the middle of the floor. Went in with someone needing a wheelchair and they couldn't even make it past the door without getting stuck on something. I said something to the employee she said well we are busy what do you want from me.

I give 2 stars for the denim. I love it. What I don't love Is the scams, “come in for 50-60% off already reduced clothing!†What they don't tell you is sure the clothes are reduced. They are reduced by a WHOLE cent ($0.01). Essentially it's just 50-60% off regular price. I don't appreciate being scammed.

They have great sales but as others said. The store is overly stocked with too much merchandise. And one of the older employees was very rude to me. This won't be a place I will shop at.

Awful. The store is dirty and very jumbled. I asked if the had an item in a different size but was told whatever we have is out, however when I went in the dressing room there was a box with more of the stock. Waited in line forever since only one register was open with a line full of people. Will never shop here again.

So I just left this location and the customer service was terrible. Their were 4 people working one register open. As the line begin to get longer I asked the two girls at the register can you open another register. The young lady who was ringing said we have to wait for our manager to tell us to open the register. I asked if the lady with the purple hair was the manager she said yes. I went over to the manager who was standing by the door with another employee and asked if she could open another register. The other employee said we only have one register open. I think that's is crazy because it was 4:30 and the store wasn't evening closing. I think those ladies need to be retrained or fired.

There are at least 5 people working in this store. They waited until there were 9 people in line before they opened another register. Both employees are moving so slow that I we left the store to go to the restroom across the mall and came back and the same customers were checking ouy.
