Can’t really go wrong with shopping at TJ Maxx! The only thing was that I try to pay with a large bill ($50) and the cashier did not take it because it wouldn’t go in the new machine they use, however she did say she did saw the security features on the bill when validating without the machine. I understand she wasn’t comfortable taking the $50 because of say policy that they have to go to the machine, but sometimes machines don’t work like they intend to and for this scenario they should have a separate way to validate bills and employee should be correctly train to spot fake bills and real bills. My $50 bill was real and after this I went to the chase branch next door and just deposit it to avoid these type of scenario

Store was fine. Checking out took F O R E V E R while the store manager just folded clothes in the background. It took 20 minutes for her to call for help while the line was backed up and moved like a snail.

While waiting for my granddaughter, I went into TJMAX. I selected several items as soon as I walked into the store. It was not crowded. No long wait in line to check out. The store was clean. I will be back. The staff was friendly. A very pleasant experience.

Management sucks at this location. lines backed up and no one seems to care. two people at Check out they r slammed. But who cares I guess

Decent selection here, however, the staff aren’t the nicest. Experienced a long line while the staff just stood around the registers and chatted. My cashier ended up being Princella T. & she was just unfriendly from the beginning. Expected a little more customer service from the staff here; especially my cashier who’s badge said “coordinator”.

The most organized TJ Maxx I've ever been to! They sell everything, especially during the holidays, and service is great. The only downside is that they don't sell men or children shoes.

Not bad overall for the prices. It is the wait in line where I draw the line. After I spent an hour in the store shopping. I will not spend my money here if I have to wait another half hour there waiting to check out. Pay the salary of a cashier. Customer service.

You'll find gems here and there. You just really have to search and hope they're not partially damaged already. I just stopped in because I was driving past it in the shopping lot, but I wouldn't go out my way to shop there.

Always find a great purse and other cool purchases. Bought my daughter and I a purse. They have a nice selection of everything. I actually like them better than Marshall's!!

I can see why I haven't shopped at a TJ Maxx in some time. The men's section is smaller than the cereal isle at WalMart. I guess e-commerce has finally taken its toll on brick and mortars...
